Nick Kosiek and his team are exactly the kind of small business I want in my neighborhood and the kind of folks I want to have for my insurance needs. A few weeks after I moved to a new apartment, I went to pick up a rental car. Because my address had changed, they refused to rent to me with my debit card unless I could provide proof of auto insurance or a pay stub. I don't own a car and I work for myself. So I asked Nick to write me a non-owner auto insurance policy. Within 5 minutes I had the policy and had emailed the required documentation to the rental car branch. Nick and his team are wonderful community members, frequently helping out in different ways, (like notarizing documents for free!) and are always responsive and accommodating whenever I need their assistance. I am a loyal customer and will continue to be loyal because this is not the kind of customer service I have typically experienced from insurance agents. Thank you Nick and team!
